Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, usually within 3–5 business days of ordering.

How do I find the right size for my Frenchie?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item. We recommend measuring your dog's neck, chest, and back length before ordering. When in doubt, size up — Frenchies have wider chests than most breeds!

Are your products made for French Bulldogs specifically?

Yes! Everything at FrenchieLux is selected with the French Bulldog body in mind — wide chest, short snout, and sturdy build. We test for fit and comfort before adding anything to our store.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. To start a return, email support@frenchielux.shop with your order number.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?

We're so sorry if that happened! Email us at support@frenchielux.shop with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

AI Pet Portraits

How does the custom AI portrait work?

After purchasing, email us a clear photo of your Frenchie at support@frenchielux.shop along with your order number. We'll generate a custom portrait in your chosen style and email it to you as a high-resolution digital file within 3–5 business days.

Can I get a refund on a custom portrait?

Because portraits are custom-made, we don't offer refunds once the artwork is delivered. However, if you're unhappy with the result, reach out and we'll revise it until you love it.
