Refund Policy

We want you and your Frenchie to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@frenchielux.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@frenchielux.shop with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Custom AI pet portraits (digital products) — however if you're unhappy with your portrait we will revise it until you love it
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@frenchielux.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post officially. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@frenchielux.shop.
