For the fastest help with an order, please include your order number in your email. This helps us find your order immediately and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Custom AI Portraits

After purchasing your AI portrait, email your Frenchie's photo to support@frenchielux.shop along with your order number. The clearer the photo, the better the portrait! We'll deliver your custom artwork within 3–5 business days.

Sizing Help

Not sure which size to get? Email us a photo of your Frenchie and their measurements (neck, chest, back length) and we'll personally recommend the best fit.
